We're excited to be looking for a dynamic Records Manager / Archivist to join our client on-site, bringing energy and expertise to the management and preservation of important documents and archives. If you're passionate about organizing and maintaining valuable information, we'd love to hear from you! Your role in our mission Collect and sort archives, creating comprehensive inventory tables, classification plans, and research instruments. Determine administrative retention periods, finalize document dispositions, and draft elimination notes and transfer/elimination slips. Catalog files and boxes, condition or recondition documents, and update dynamic management tables. Identify and eliminate duplicates, enter data into Excel, and keep property sheets up-to-date. Record documents in Citavi, condition paper documents, and manage property sheet exports with transfer numbers and boxes, ensuring seamless documentation transfers to archives. Provide weekly tracking indicators to clients, organize project follow-up meetings, and export Citavi entries for streamlined project tracking. Deliver high-quality inventory tables, Ligéo import tables, transfer slips, elimination notes, classification plans, research instruments, and meeting reports, using top-tier software like Ligéo for archiving, Citavi for bibliographic management, and Socrate for library and documentation management. Valued skills and experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in archival studies or a related field Proficiency in archival description principles, ISAD-G, ISAAR, and standardized vocabularies Strong analytical and project management skills for developing client-specific solutions Knowledge of GDPR and archive regulations Autonomy, adaptability, and rigor, with excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal and team skills Relevant experience in the field is highly desirable Discover what we offer Discover Limitless Possibilities: Embark on an exciting journey with Iron Mountain, a global organization that embraces transformation and innovation.
