The Role ARCON Application Support Engineer provides technical support for ARCON's Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, troubleshooting issues with databases (SQL), operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux), and client systems, managing tickets (Jira), performing maintenance, ensuring system uptime, and working with global clients to resolve complex application problems, focusing on security and system performance. Location - Thrissur/Kochi - Kerala Who You Are You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. Required Technical and Professional Expertise •4-8 years of experience in ARCON Technical Support Technical Troubleshooting, Resolving complex application issues, integration problems, and system failures. Managing databases (MySQL/Oracel), SQL queries, Unix/Windows environments, and performing backups and patch updates. Communicating with clients to understand and resolve issues remotely. Documenting issues, bugs, and resolutions using ticketing tools like Jira. Handling scheduled maintenance, ensuring compliance, and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Deploying and administering ARCON tools across various infrastructure components. Technical: SQL, Unix/Linux, Windows, MySQL, Jira, RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
