Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

At the Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC), we are accelerating Australian research and innovation by driving excellence in the creation, analysis and retention of high-quality data assets.
We partner with the research community and industry to build leading-edge digital research infrastructure to provide Australian researchers with competitive advantage through data.
This isn’t just a standard accounting role working at a single university. Our financials are complex, span 10 universities and multiple financial systems. At ARDC we also run our own company structure which sits above this complex multi University structure.
To succeed in this role you will need to bring your passion for financial reporting, analysis, and providing strategic advice to this role and thrive in a dynamic environment where your expertise can make a real impact. This could be the perfect opportunity for you!
As a Finance Reporting Analyst, you’ll be a key player in the ARDC’s Finance Team, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and financial governance policies. You’ll provide invaluable support in developing business proposals and managing risks, while gaining a deep understanding of our operations. You’ll work closely with the ARDC Finance Manager, acting as a vital link between our organisation and its partners.
