Responsibilities
  • Account Planning: Develop and implement an account plan with objectives, forecasts, and budget, aligned with business plans and sales management. Regularly update the plan based on trends and developments.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and build relationships with customers through regular visits, monitor their performance, and act as a business partner. Ensure follow-up actions are taken.
  • New Business Development: Identify and realize new business opportunities, develop new customer relationships, and ensure business deals are formalized into contracts.
  • Market and Needs Analysis: Analyze customer needs and market developments, including new technologies and competition, and report findings internally.
  • Stakeholder Mapping: Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Ensure periodic quantitative and qualitative reports are prepared according to defined formats and procedures
