JOB DETAILS

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Account Manager (AAM) to join our Commercial Downstream team at Alliance Healthcare, a Cencora company. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maximising sales and profit throughout Scotland by providing exceptional account management and customer support. Your mission will be to grow existing customer accounts and win new business, all while achieving key commercial objectives through strong customer relationships.
Location: Scotland
Salary: £33,000-£35,000 + Functional Bonus + Company Car

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • High standard of communication, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to develop customer relationships and win new business.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation abilities.
  • Numerate and proficient in IT.
  • Results-oriented with a strong commercial focus.
  • Full UK Driving Licence

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • In-depth experience in negotiations within a complex trading environment.
  • Financial awareness and commercial acumen.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Structured field sales experience.
