AREA ACCOUNT MANAGER TRAUMA – STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN

Are you a passionate physiotherapist, OR nurse, or experienced sales professional within MedTech and orthopedics? Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a talented and driven Area Account Manager to join our Trauma team and help elevate our business in the southern part of Sweden!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary education is highly recommended,
  • Ideally you have experience as an OR nurse or physiotherapist along with a hospital or medical background is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the orthopedic and medical device environment, especially in the Trauma business, is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • You should reside in Stockholm or nearby area in Sweden
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • A valid driving license is required.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the region, as this is a field-based role requiring up to 75%
  • Strong social skills and effective communication are necessary for success in this role.
  • A professional and business-minded attitude, with a drive to excel both individually and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Own the responsibility and accountability for the overall business performance of your product portfolio, making informed commercial decisions.
  • Establish and execute effective sales strategies to achieve budget targets within your territory.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and relevant key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Provide training and education on product-related matters, attend surgeries, and maintain a high level of professional service.
  • Continuously develop existing business and identify new opportunities within your territory.
  • Conduct all business activities in strict compliance with ethics, legal requirements, and Johnson & Johnson policies.
