ABOUT JOB We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role in driving commercial and business development strategies at the regional level. This position requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a proven track record in business development and sales. The role is essential in achieving company targets, developing high-performing teams, and fostering collaboration across departments. RESPONSIBILITIES * Align, integrate, and execute Business Development & Expansion strategies to ensure strong commercial performance. * Drive commercial business growth within the assigned branch area. * Develop short-term commercial plans and strategies to achieve targets while optimizing promotional costs. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sustainable business growth. * Lead team development initiatives to ensure continuous growth in line with company values. * Monitor and make decisions regarding potential fraud risks in commercial activities. * Maintain strong communication with PaxelCo owners to foster mutual business growth. SKILLS & QUALIFICATION * Bachelor’s degree in any field. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Branch Head or at least at a supervisory level in FMCG, Insurance, Telco, or Food industries. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability and confidence to make quick and effective decisions. * Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service. * Excellent communication skills, both vertically and horizontally. * Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Highly creative with a strong drive for innovation. * Target-driven and goal-oriented with a results-focused approach. * Strong willingness to support and develop team members for continuous improvement. * Proficient in Ms. Office applications.
