1. The Area Business Development Manager – LAP is responsible for driving the Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan (HL) business across 25–35 mapped branches and through direct sourcing channel. 2. The role involves achieving business targets, maintaining portfolio quality, leading a team of Business Development Managers and ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction through effective cross-functional coordination.
