Role: Territory /Area  Manager    Function- ARB Crop Loans   Grade- M2/M3/M4   JD:   Job Roles: * Lead a team of Relationship Managers to oversee and expand the existing customer portfolio in the Crop Loans sector (KCC). * Possess thorough knowledge of the local geography and cropping patterns, with the ability to swiftly recruit high-quality team members * Oversee interest and NPA collections within the assigned area. * Regularly monitor accounts to prevent delinquencies, maintain portfolio hygiene, ensure timely closure of post-disbursement deferrals, and perfect security measures. * Strengthen relationships with existing customers by cross-selling additional asset and third-party products. * Manage the renewal of existing loans. * Collaborate with Credit and Legal teams to address customer requirements and manage disbursements * Enhance efficiency by monitoring processes and suggesting improvements based on ground realities and market trends.     Job Requirements: * Bachelors or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Proficient in relationship management. * Strong leadership abilities. * Knowledge of the local market is a plus. * At least 4-6 years of experience in rural or crop loans    
Responsibilities
