Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining positive relationships through effective communication and problem resolution
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Process orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely and accurate product dispatch
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, operational and logistics teams to ensure smooth transactions and efficient customer service
  • Develop and understand market knowledge, including prices, competitor activity, customer activity and action in line with commercial policy on E1 and Salesforce.
