Description
Your responsibilities will include: Collaborate closely with sales management to understand business needs. Develop reports and sales performance tools to enhance decision-making. Implement best practices to enhance commercial operations execution and efficiency. Collaborate with IT to enhance and troubleshoot systems, data, and processes affecting the sales organization. Communicate effectively with business partners and the sales team. Act as a representative for sales analytics in cross-functional project teams. Demonstrate effective participation in meetings with managers, directors, and VPs. Work directly with field team or leadership on special projects or initiatives. Serve as the primary contact on issue resolution or system enhancements. Collaborate with team members on standards and best methods. Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, sales support, marketing, or related roles. Proficient in handling large datasets to identify trends. Well-organized, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision. Proficiency with MS Office programs, including Excel and Access. Exposure to Alteryx or other data transformation programs. Understanding of and experience with data management and database design. Proficiency and demonstrable experience with VBA and SQL strongly preferred.
