Key Responsibilities Drive area service delivery and growth Manage day‑to‑day CHB service delivery in line with established KPIs Work closely with sales to develop value proposition for new opportunities Actively involved in selling and securing new business and customer retention Participate in customer QBRs Act as the conduit between local customers and CHB operations Develop local content for product training. Provide training to area sales employees, including training for new hires and ongoing retraining to ensure up‑to‑date product knowledge. Execute compliant operations in line with RICC requirements. Skills & Qualifications Company & Product Knowledge Customer Oriented Building Effective Teams Stakeholder Management P&L and financial savyness including pricing strategy Cost Consciousness Results Oriented Trade Compliance: Deep understanding of Harmonized System (HS) codes, Rules of Origin, Incoterms and Mexican Customs Law applied to different transport modes and across the different customs entry points across the country. Regulatory Landscapes: Knowledge of specific government agencies (e.g., CBP in the US, SAT in Mexico, or EU Customs Union) and their electronic data interchange (EDI) requirements. Audit & Risk Management: Designing features that ensure "reasonable care" and provide robust audit trails to prevent heavy fines for the user. Government Relations: Staying ahead of legislative changes (like new tariffs or trade agreements) and translating them into product requirements. Legal & Tax Teams: Partnering closely with internal legal counsel to ensure the value proposition remains compliant with the latest customs laws. Customs Brokers: Understanding the boots-on-the-ground reality of those who interact with the product daily. Ability to translate legal jargon into technical requirements.
