We are seeking a talented and passionate Area Chef to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production, kitchen management and be able to lead a team of chefs across the business in a fast paced environment.
This role requires overseeing our 3 sites in Brighouse, Halifax & Hebden Bridge, therefore this job requires your own transport. Travelling expenses will be reimbursed accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a Senior Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.

• Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen
• Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends
• Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring effective team management and collaboration
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen
• Train and mentor chefs to prepare & deliver our menu offer to the required standard.
