Join Our Team as an Area Cleaning Supervisor!
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, manage cleaning staff, maintain supplies and equipment, and liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction.
The role is 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 6 hours a day, various shift patterns. A Full UK driving license is required as a company van is provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a cleaning supervisory role
• Ability to manage teams across multiple locations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid UK driving licence
• Flexibility to work early mornings and evenings
• Knowledge of COSHH and health & safety procedures

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams across assigned sites
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure cleaning standards are met
• Train, support, and motivate cleaning staff
• Arrange staff cover for sickness and holidays
• Report and resolve any site issues or client concerns
• Monitor cleaning supplies/equipment and place orders as needed
• Assist in the interview and selection of cleaning staff and arrange on-site induction
