Qualifications Job Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between the corporate office and the assigned area restaurants by making regular visits and interacting with management. Oversee operational practices to ensure that each restaurant runs efficiently and meets projected revenues. Coordinate with, report, and make recommendations to senior management in order to improve customer experience and drive growth. Ensure that each restaurant delivers value and excellence to the customers. Develop a strong team of committed restaurant managers that will maintain profit margins and implement the business plan. Ensure each restaurant is in compliance with company policies and guidelines. Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition.
