MY JOB

We are looking for an Area Controller to lead a team of up to 20 people, helping them to meet production goals and maintain high standards. In this role you will guide and support your team, keep track of performance and make sure all paperwork is completed correctly. You will set a positive example by working safely, following company rules and encouraging a good team spirit. Good communication skills and the ability to take initiative are essential in this position.
The successful candidate will work Day shift, Monday - Friday 05:30am - 14:00pm.
