Location Legal Manager Department TFE Location Pune Number of Positions 1 Reporting Relationships Legal Manager Position Grade Deputy Manager Resolution ( Unsecured & Secured) Chalking out the various possible Legal strategies of recoveries of NPA accounts for the region Proficiency in DRT / Civil / Arbitration Process / Criminal and other legal remedies Facilitating effective Execution of EPs, Civil Suits and other legal activities Appointment of Advocates, Legal Councils, Performance monitoring Mentoring Legal Agents / DRAs. Exploring the various legal alternatives available and assisting. Consistent and effective follow up and negotiation with the customers. Laisoning with Lawyers, Economics Offence authorities, police and other statutory authorities. Attendance in court on regular basis handling legal cases. P&L of the Branch Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of Legal – DRT / Civil / Criminal with collection exposure Knowledge of documentation relating to Legal and Arbitration Process. Knowledge of Local legal producers Drive for Results Effective communication skill Ability to work on multiple locations Having good contacts in local Police authorities and law enforcement officers Team player, Passionate, energetic , fast learner & a game changer Ready to accept challenges & innovative thinker.
