Area Detail Manager We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Detail Manager to help oversee and manage the detailing operations across multiple auto dealership locations in NWA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto dealership detail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality vehicle appearance services. RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage and coordinate detailing operations across assigned dealership locations to ensure consistent quality and efficiency. * Help GMs supervise and train detail staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high-performance standards. * Help implement detailing processes and procedures to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. * Monitor inventory levels of detailing supplies and equipment, coordinating with dealerships for timely replenishment. * Conduct regular inspections of detailed vehicles to ensure adherence to quality standards. * Collaborate with dealership management to align detailing services with overall business goals. * Help manage scheduling and workflow to optimize resource utilization and meet deadlines. * Address and resolve any dealership concerns related to detailing services promptly and professionally. QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience as a Detail Area Manager or similar role within an auto dealership environment. * Strong knowledge of automotive detailing techniques, products, and equipment. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Ability to manage multiple locations and coordinate teams effectively. * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in using scheduling and inventory management software. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. PREFERRED SKILLS * Experience working within a multi-location auto dealership network. * Knowledge of customer service best practices in the automotive industry. * Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements.
