We have an exceptional opportunity for a leading property professional to join Helensburgh’s top performing estate agency.
This exciting and varied role is a tremendous opportunity to join Scotland’s leading independent agent and promote our 2025 Best Estate Agent Guide, gold award-winning service.
We are seeking a passionate property professional who is well presented, commercially aware and who has a natural talent for sales, whilst being personable and approachable.
As a team member in a senior role, they will work closely with and motivate the team. They will lead example and be pro-active and flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, be calm and composed with a strong work ethic and have excellent sales and communication skills.
You will be required to attend property valuations, generate new business and have a proven track record in agency, given the key nature of this role.
The role will encompass all aspects of estate agency and property listing from valuation, keeping in touch with pipeline business, home finding, off market deals, negotiation and working with developers to secure part exchange and preferred agent relationships. Therefore, strong organisation, communication and commercial awareness are key.
Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

SALARY: HIGHLY COMPETITIVE BASIC SALARY, BI-ANNUAL BONUS AND A MONTHLY CAR & FUEL ALLOWANCE – NEGOTIABLE AND DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE.
