AREA DIRECTOR

This is a high-profile leadership position that is critical to our success. You will lead a large team across a portfolio of our centres to deliver outstanding customer service and results. As a hands-on leader you will inspire your team and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. We expect you to;

  • Manage EBIT performance across a portfolio of up to 50 of our business centres.
  • Drive sales conversion and occupancy to improve revenue.
  • Drive efficiency to ensures costs are managed tightly without impacting performance.
  • Build a high performing team and foster a collaborative and results driven culture.
  • Ensure all centres operate flawlessly to deliver the immaculate centre.
  • Build a strong community that delivers value to customers and drives retention.
  • Review each cluster and centre to celebrate success and ensure they have a plan to improve performance.
  • Optimise workforce planning to match supply of employee hours to the demand of our customers.
