Role: Permanent Reporting to: Sugeng Kuwatno, Area Sales Lead Location: Lampung   Area Distributor Executive - Lampung Implement JTI distribution strategy by collaborating with local / national distributor partners in distributing JTI products, ensuring sales & commercial targets are achieved within designated scope of coverage.   As the Area Distributor Executive, you will manage: Distributor Operations Management: Implement a standardize route and coverage strategy in distributor partner coverage area to ensure effective & efficient product distribution. Plan and monitor sales activity & performance in distributor partner accross channel to achieve agreed sales target. Plan & maintain inventory & service level for all channel in accordance with sales performance and financial aspects to achieve optimum stock level. Build and maintain positive relationship with distributor partner to achieve shared objective. Implement a standardized business process and system in distributor partner to ensure efficient ways of working. Trade & Field Marketing: Collaborate with FME in implementing field marketing program to increase product awareness and sell-out in targeted territory. Monitor Trade & Field Marketing program and its utilization to ensure achievement of program's objective. Distributor Financial Operations:  Conduct financial administrative process and documentation to ensure compliance with standardized business process. Ensure due diligence for distributor partner's financial aspects (ToP, AR, CL, etc) in accordance with Finance Operations policy and business process. People Management:  Maintain, monitor and ensure the team deliver result based on expected competencies. Monitor and ensure team delivers the expected productivity based on target. Conduct coaching to develop team.   Who are we looking for? A graduate with a University or Bachelor's Degree. At least 3 years relevant experience in supervisory level in sales, channel management, distribution and/or field trade marketing, preferably with multinational Cigarette and/or FMCG Company. Negation skills and people facing experience.
