Job Purpose: Preparation of Annual business plan (ABP), and tracking & analysis of variance between Actual expense Vs ABP along with Opex optimization. Chemicals inventory optimization and future requirements. Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders & Prepare Key highlights, focus area, challenges in Refinery along with key critical performance indicators, KPIs and update the progress on performance improvement actions related to Refinery to appraise senior management. Troubleshooting of performance related issues in co-ordination with relevant functions.
Responsibilities
The role involves preparing the annual business plan, tracking operational expenses, and optimizing chemical inventory. Additionally, the engineer will coordinate with internal stakeholders to monitor refinery performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
