Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Area Engineering Director (Emerging Markets) for Reckitt, you’ll oversee all engineering activities within the Emerging Markets area, ensure efficient delivery of the regional supply capital investment plan, the development of capital masterplans, compliance to preferred suppliers list and relevant engineering standards & processes, capital project review and remediation, governance and ad-hoc support. This involves strategic leadership, risk management, fostering a safety-conscious culture, and close collaboration with factories for seamless execution of capital plans. The role is pivotal in aligning project success criteria with industrial execution, ensuring a commitment to deliver solutions that meet or exceed agreed requirements.
