JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area FMCG Sales Distribution Manager to oversee and expand our distribution operations across assigned regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams, optimizing route-to-market strategies, maintaining distributor relationships, and driving revenue growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales and distribution within the UAE/GCC.
  • Proven track record of managing sales teams and delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels and trade dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute area-specific sales and distribution strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives and supervisors to meet sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure effective stock management, order processing, and timely delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure smooth distribution operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and trade promotions.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure brand visibility and customer engagement.
