Description:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our End of life services team as an Area Funeral & Memorial Consultant.
As a Area Funeral & Memorial Consultant, you’ll provide cover and mobile support to funeral homes across our End of life services trading area. You’ll be delivering the best end of life care, support and client experience through the arrangement and delivery of funerals, memorialisation, and aftercare services. You will be the point of contact for clients as you support them throughout the process of making funeral and memorial choices. You’ll recognise the importance of understanding their individual wishes when organising a personal and unique tribute to their loved one.
This role will support our branches in Alton, Ash Vale, Bracknell, Camberley, Farnborough, Fleet, Frimley Green, Liss & Wokingham, so candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance to these locations. Flexibility to cover other branches across the wider area may be required for time to time.
You will need a full, clean, UK driving license with access to your own vehicle. We recognise the flexibility required for this role and to show our understanding and appreciation, the salary advertised includes a fixed addition of £1,300 per annum. This is to contribute towards business car insurance, as well as travel time and general wear and tear on your vehicle. You will also be able reclaim business mileage expenses.
This is a truly rewarding role and we’re seeking an individual who is extremely passionate about building relationships, helping people, and delivering great service for the bereaved.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
- IT literate and a competent user of MS Office
- Great communication skills
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Can display resilience and be comfortable working alone in branch
