JOB SUMMARY

Lead the implementation of Human Resources initiatives and programs specifically tailored to support and enhance the supply chain function across diverse geographic locations. Serve as a strategic business partner to the supply chain business leaders, collaborating on organizational design, compensation, and integration strategies to accelerate business objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborates cross functionally to establish a strategic partnership, aligning HR initiatives with supply chain goals and fostering a cohesive approach to Human Resources support.
  • Serves as business advisor and coach, facilitating change management and integration initiatives within supply chain, including field visits to support the development of business initiatives and growth metrics.
  • Manages succession planning, management development, and performance management for supply chain, including conducting talent assessments and calibration for all field associates.
  • Develops, delivers, and facilitates a staffing strategy and process for recruiting and talent assessment, acquiring talent for corporate, managerial, and field-level positions within supply chain.
  • Assists in developing and implementing comprehensive Human Resources programs, including, compensation, career development, diversity, change management, and recognition initiatives tailored to the supply chain environment.
  • Leads the continual review, education, and dissemination of policies and procedures within supply chain to mitigate legal exposure, fostering a union-free culture.Leverages technology in process engineering to drive operational excellence within the supply chain, ensuring efficient and streamlined Human Resources processes.
