Description
We are looking for an experienced HR professional for the position of Area HR Specialist, who will join our team as a temporary replacement during a colleague’s maternity and parental leave. Your challenge: -Managing personnel administration and maintaining accurate employee documentation in compliance with local legislation. -Ensuring proper administration and updates of employee data in HR systems. -Handling onboarding and offboarding processes, including all related documentation and formalities. -Processing attendance records, payroll inputs and performing related checks and validations. -Coordinating initial and preventive medical examinations for employees. -Organizing reconditioning stays for eligible employees. -Providing day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.   Requirements and skills: -Min. 2 years in similar position. -Labor law legislation in Slovakia. -PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point). -HUMAN - an advantage. -Driving license - active driver. -Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks. -Good command of English and Slovak language. -Knowledge of Romanian language - and advantage. -Knowledge of Hungarian language - an advantage. -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. -Professional curiosity and focus on continuous improvement process. -Ability and willingness to learn. -Result oriented and team spirit.  
Responsibilities
The Area HR Specialist manages personnel administration, employee documentation, and the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. They are also responsible for payroll inputs, attendance records, and providing day-to-day HR support to managers and staff.
