The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle and a valid driver’s license, proven leadership experience, previous cleaning experience or an interest to learn, a strong work ethic, and be punctual. Janitorial Lead Duties & Responsibilities * Driveto, and support, multipleclientlocations. * Efficiently work throughoutyourentire shift (Training, checking buildings, delivering supplies, cleaning buildings, building inspections) * Maximize the quality of service delivered to our customers. * Train,coach, anddevelopnew hires and existingteam members. * Present with a friendly and positive attitude. * Track inventory and order supplies to ensurethatemployees have supplies and equipmentin a timely manner. * Encourage workplace safety to eliminateaccidents with people andproperty. * Captureopportunities for additional work. (Carpet cleaning, floor work, maintenance items, etc.) * Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and customer service. Janitorial Lead Qualifications & Requirements * 1-2 years of llead/supervisor experience. * Cleaning experience is preferred, but not required. * Personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license. * Driving to, and supporting, multiple locations. * Resonsible and punctual. * Strong organizational skills. * Looking for a career or long-term position. * Good communication skills, both written and verbal. * Seen at least 1 sci-fi movie. * Authorized to work in the U.S. - We Use E-Verify.
