Job Description Days - Purple Shift | 4 on 4 off rotation | 6pm - 6am £16.67 per hour In this busy role as a first line manager in the Fulfilment Centre, you will invest in people; ensuring safety, behaviours and following procedures are the team's top priority. You will have an established skill set in engaging the workforce, and positively contribute to team dynamic and culture on site as a role model. Core Responsibilities Ensure that health and safety is given the highest priority and is considered in all plans, actions and activities.
