Description Job Title: Area Maintenance/ Parking/Base Services Attendant Type of Position: Seasonal – Full-time, Part-time Schedule: Full-time: Five days/week, including weekends/holidays during Winter Season. Part-time: Three days/week, including weekends/holidays during Winter season. Pay Rate: Starts at $20.00/hr. Summary The Base Area Ops Technician/Parking Attendant helps the Resort with organizing and directing vehicles during busy days with additional duties to include providing general maintenance support for the ski area(s). Every employee is responsible for providing our guests and employees with a positive experience, with safety and fun as our top priorities. Essential Functions Directs traffic to available parking. Helps maintain parking lots in a safe condition including snow removal and sanding when necessary. Assist in snow removal around buildings, walkways, and roofs to maintain safe conditions. Assists in general maintenance and cleanliness of the ski area. Removes/hauls trash and recycling from different areas of the Resort. Complete a ski/ride ability assessment required for basic maintenance of on-mountain cabins. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Must have reliable transportation as daily duties begin before the Loveland Employee Shuttle service is available. Must provide excellent guest service and be willing to work in a fun environment! Must be able to stand/walk 40-60% of a shift in all weather conditions. Lifting and using upper body motions 15-25% in all weather conditions. What’s in it for You? Free Loveland Employee Season Pass.
