Description Principal Objective of the Position: This position is the senior level maintenance person overseeing various sites and is responsible for the overall maintenance of the sites including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing and maintaining the physical needs of the sites. This person will perform and direct other maintenance personnel in the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments. What You'll Do: Lead & Manage: Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Plan & Coordinate: Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections, ensuring that preventive maintenance is performed regularly. Technical Expertise: You bring hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Communication & Teamwork: You can effectively communicate with your team, management, and residents, ensuring clarity and efficiency in all maintenance activities. Attention to Detail: You are diligent in ensuring that all tasks are completed thoroughly and to the highest standard. Experience: Previous experience as an Area Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar leadership role is preferred. Work Hours & Benefits: Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with flexibility. On-call as needed to respond to emergency maintenance situations.
