SALARY: £44,990 + ATTRACTIVE BONUS SCHEME

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to join the UK’s market-leading Adult Gaming Company, overseeing around 10 venues across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands area.

As Area Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Driving the overall performance of your area, including financial results and operational excellence.
• Leading and managing your team, ensuring engagement, development, and retention.
• Overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, including Health & Safety and security protocols.
• Building a culture of success, teamwork, and customer focus across your venues.
