We are hiring an Area Manager at our Normal, IL store. You will lead and develop a high-performing Appliance Sales team focused on delivering great customer experiences. This role is hands-on. You’ll coach employees, support customers, collaborate with other departments, and occasionally run the store as Manager-on-Duty. So, What Does “Not Normal” Look Like Day-to-Day? Leading from the front instead of managing from the sidelines. Coaching your team in real-time, having honest conversations quickly, and helping people grow instead of avoiding hard feedback.
