AREA MANAGER – BRANCH BANKING JOB ROLE: * Achieving the Business Objectives for the Area and meet the value, volume and channel productivity metrics * Generation of revenues through sales of CASA, Assets, TFX and Third Party Products like Insurance, General Insurance etc. through branch channel * Leading Branch Managers, Operation Team and Mentoring of Sales Teams * Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers * Regulatory Compliance * Manpower Planning * RM & RO channel productivity improvement * Driving Service Quality parameters across span * Manage productivity morale of branch personnel * Establishing standards and delivery of customer service

Responsibilities
