Department: Sales Job Location: Representative office of The Siam Gypsum Industry, Phnom Penh, Cambodia Report to: Cambodia Manager Job Responsibilities: Sales management - Cambodia Coordinate with dealers to implement sell-in and sell-out programs. Plan route-to-market actions and execute in key areas. Strengthen and increase sub-dealer network. Manage key accounts to maintain and grow sales. Drive sales revenue with ceiling and partition systems. Work with Export Senior Project Sales Manager and Export Marketing to provide the suitable tools, training and proposals. Provide sales forecast with minimum variance. Budgeting and reporting Provide the regular report and update distribution market share and report to monitoring all sub-dealer programs. Research information to set the annual budget for Cambodia project. Provide the regular report and update segmented projects. Prepare other Management reports upon request. Market Intelligence Gather and analyze the market situation that may affect to business including environment and competitor movement. Identify opportunities of targeted segments. Logistics Collect orders and collaborate with Logistic department and SCGI to manage the supply chain from order to delivery on time in full correctly. Provide sales forecast with minimum variance. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field. Strong technical knowledge enough to lead consultative sales. Computer skills; Microsoft office. Ability to learn new IT programs Fluent command in Khmer and English is a must. Chinese language is supplementary. Efficient management with project planning, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Take new challenges with initiatives and execution. Result-driven. Able to work across the country, main case in Phnom Penh. Experience: 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. Experience in construction business is advantageous.
Responsibilities
The Area Manager is responsible for driving sales revenue and managing the sub-dealer network for ceiling and partition systems in Cambodia. They will also conduct market research, manage supply chain logistics, and provide regular sales forecasts and budget reports.
