EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Experience managing multiple locations or properties is highly desirable.SKILLS:
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff and guests professionally.
• Proficiency in using housekeeping management systems and software.
