Description
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to foster trust and collaboration, ensuring consistent engagement and support. Drive sales through the dealer network, ensuring monthly and annual sales targets are met or exceeded. Identify and onboard new dealers in untapped markets, expanding the company’s dealer network and market reach. Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and promotional activities to boost dealer performance and revenue growth. Regularly review dealer performance, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights for improvement. Provide necessary training and support to dealers, enhancing their product knowledge and sales capabilities. Address and resolve dealer concerns, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high satisfaction levels within the network. Prepare and present regular reports on dealer performance, market trends, and sales achievements to senior management. Managing scrap sales and exploring new vendors for smooth operations and maximize profitability. Minimum Graduate (Preferably MBA) minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience Proven experience in dealer/distribution sales (preferably furniture, FMCG, building materials, retail distribution, or similar). Strong relationship management, negotiation, and territory development skills. Strong understanding of sales planning, target achievement, and dealer performance management. Comfortable with field travel and market visits. Ability to interpret sales data and translate it into practical actions for dealer growth.
