Key Objective of the Job: The key objective of the Zonal Collection Head role is to oversee and manage the collection activities within a designated geographic zone. Responsibilities include setting collection targets, implementing strategies to recover overdue payments, managing a team of collection agents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Key Deliverables: * Maturity Efficiency * Roll rates of defined buckets * Repossession (through agencies) and release of vehicles * Guiding the agencies, CREs and AMRs to achieve the targets * Guiding the team of TCMs, Agencies, CREs and AMRs * Motivate & drive team to achieve target Education Qualification: Graduate Specialized job competencies: Functional Competencies * Communication Skill * Negotiation Skill * Market/Industry Knowledge * Knowledge of Collections (Policy, Procedures & Scheme) * Computer and analytical skills Behavioral Competencies * Execution Excellence * Customer Centricity * People Leadership Hiring Parameters: * Should have Computer knowledge (MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Formula and automation knowledge
