1. Minimum Diploma in Children’s Services - minimum 4 years experience
2. Leadership Role experience
3. Mentoring experience
4. Must love systems and structures and understand how to apply them In Action5. Please describe your top 3 skills and the area of strength you believe you are recognised for by your peers
6. Desirable - attendance to Alina Dan’s/HMC workshops, online seminars and conferences - please list the events, knowledge of HMC platforms, HQIP and HHUB.
7. Must hold a current driver’s licence.
8. WWCC and BlueCard.
