We are looking for an Area Manager to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis, based at the Westbury AIRR site. We’re seeking an Area Manager to lead AIRR’s Tasmanian wholesale business, with end-to-end accountability for commercial performance, operations, and people leadership. This hands-on role oversees warehouse operations and regional sales while building strong relationships with AIRR members, customers, and partners across the state. Balancing strategy with execution, you’ll drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence, ensuring AIRR’s standards, safety, and commercial disciplines are consistently delivered. Responsibilities
