About the Job: The Area Manager for First Mile will oversee and manage the initial phase of the shipping process process, ensuring efficient collection and processing of reverse parcels. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing operations, driving the team performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction for FM operations .Job Code: 2026OPER-276 \n Job Responisbilities Operational Management: Oversee daily operations in the First Mile segment, ensuring timely collection and processing of packages. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team to achieve performance targets; Conduct regular training to enhance skills. Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (PSR, Return Promise, Lost, Exceeded Return) to assess effectiveness and implement improvements as necessary. Process Optimization: Identify areas for process enhancement to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. Merchant Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with merchants to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly. Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for the area to achieve the FM cost, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Account Management, customer service and Fleet. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 Years of experience in a managerial role within logistics or shipping. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficient in data analysis and performance management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. \n
