Job Title: Area Manager – Food & Beverage (Coffee Chain) 📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee the operations of multiple coffee shop outlets across Riyadh. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent operational excellence, drive sales performance, maintain brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across all assigned branches. This role requires a strong background in food & beverage operations management - preferably within coffee chains, quick service restaurants, or premium café concepts. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets within the assigned area, ensuring adherence to operational standards, quality, and service excellence. Monitor and drive sales performance, profitability, and cost control for each store. Lead, motivate, and develop Store Managers and their teams to achieve business goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations. Conduct regular branch visits to evaluate operational performance and implement improvements. Support the launch of new outlets and ensure smooth store openings. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to enhance performance. Collaborate with the marketing, supply chain, and HR teams for promotions, staffing, and training initiatives. Prepare periodic business reports and present performance summaries to senior management. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and brand consistency across all outlets. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in multi-unit retail or F&B operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or Area/Regional Manager role. Experience in coffee chains, quick service restaurants (QSR), or premium cafés is highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and implement operational improvements. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage). Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia or familiar with the KSA F&B market. What We Offer Competitive salary and performance incentives.
