Area manager for fleet customers (Pomorskie voivodeship and surrounding areas) – substitution contract Requirements: · Experience in B2B sales min. 3 years, knowledge of the fuel industry and TSL market will be a welcome asset · Communication skills, commitment, assertiveness, negotiation skills, punctuality, · Ability to organize own work, · Goal-oriented, high personal culture, ability to build lasting relationships, · Analytical skills, ability to work under time pressure · English language knowledge - min. B1 · MS Office · Driving license B category with min. 5 years of driving experience Obligations: · Independent acquisition activities to develop customer portfolio and sales levels, · Adjusting the offer and negotiating the terms of cooperation, · Working in the field, working with external and internal clients; obtaining documents and financial collateral required by the client, preparing and concluding contracts · Responsibilities/procedures/systems, monitoring the process of launching a new contract at subsequent stages · Reporting on acquisition activities on a weekly basis; reporting on customer losses · Monitoring the market and competition to ensure the attractiveness of the offer · Cooperation within the Department and the Company in order to update existing / build new solutions extending the scope and attractiveness of the offer · Continuous monitoring of volumes and margins levels realized in their area against budgeted values. Responsibilities
The Area Manager will be responsible for independent acquisition activities to develop the customer portfolio and sales levels, as well as negotiating terms of cooperation. They will also monitor market competition and report on acquisition activities weekly.
