REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5+ years driving significant sales revenue (franchise experience highly valued)
• 6+ years strategic business development and relationship management
• P&L analysis and financial management experience
• Print industry knowledge helpful but not required
• Comfortable with regional business travel and autonomous work style
• Exceptional presentation, coaching, and leadership skills

Franchise Development: Drive new sales by showcasing our proven model, researching market opportunities, and guiding prospects through launch.
Franchise Support: Conduct annual strategic planning, provide monthly coaching, analyze P&Ls for profit optimization, implement marketing strategies, and execute turnaround plans for underperforming locations.
Team Leadership: Manage and develop 1 Technical Field Representative to maximize territory coverage and support.
