OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in the greater Moncton Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing business development initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities who can effectively manage teams and implement process improvements to achieve organizational goals.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in team management with a strong track record of achieving targets goals set within the team.
  • Solid understanding of business development principles and practices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with experience in supervising teams effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily operations across assigned locations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and foster relationships with key clients.
  • Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
  • Implement process improvement strategies to optimize operational workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on operational performance for senior management.
  • Schedule team members on various tasks and prepare payroll through electronic payroll system
  • Ensure a health, safe and harassment-free workplace within the projects.
  • Recruiting new team members as necessary.
  • Work closely with Operations Manager to ensure all tasks and goals are being completed on time and properly.
