This role will focus on a portfolio of exceptional, high-complexity and premium hospitality venues with strong food and drink credentials. This area consists of 14 pubs, split across the City and North London. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced operator to lead this best-in-class group of renowned pubs representing the pinnacle of hospitality. These include iconic venues like the New Moon in Leadenhall Market, the Kings Stores near Liverpool Street, and the Maynard in Crouch End. The Area Manager will lead and nurture teams across 14 premium hospitality venues to drive business growth and operational excellence. You will be responsible for implementing innovative ideas and making strategic adjustments to ensure the highest standards of service and culinary success.
