Description Area Manager – Operations (Houston / Conroe, TX) $85,000 – $92,000 + Bonus + Shareholder Opportunity Honey Bucket is hiring an Area Manager to lead field operations, develop teams, and drive performance across safety, service, and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run routes, manage people, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
