Description Overview: Join Take 5 Oil Change as an Area Manager in Training, gaining hands-on experience in store operations and leadership while preparing to manage multiple stores and drive team performance in a fast-paced automotive service environment. You will go through a thorough training as you learn the ropes of a Store Manager - as we finish opening new stores in this market. Setting you up to take over the Area Manager position, overseeing several managers and their respective stores in this market. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with at least 3 years of management experience at a store level. A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Multi-unit management experience is a plus. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations, focusing on efficiency and profitability. Facilitate outstanding customer service to enhance the Take 5 experience. Train and develop new employees, fostering a team-oriented culture. Support the achievement of sales and financial goals for the shop. Contribute to the development, improvement, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Qualifications: Background in automotive preferred. Associates Degree minimum, Bachelors Degree Preferred Strong organizational skills and self-motivation. Excellent team management and scheduling abilities. Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic financial understanding to support business operations.
