Description:
Lammle’s Western Wear is a family owned and operated company located in Calgary Alberta, and established in 1983. We are currently looking for an Area Manager to lead our Boutique of Leathers/ Open Road locations.
If you are currently a Store Manager looking to take your next step into multi-unit management, this is the right role for you! This position has you supporting 12 stores between 3 provinces, building marketing/E-commerce strategies, and running special events throughout the year.

Responsibilities:
- Represent Boutique of Leathers in a professional and positive manner
- Function as the liaison between the CSC/DC and the store division
- Lead and challenge all BOL store managers and staff to meet and exceed performance expectations
- Lead our company’s policies and procedures
- Empower store manager and sales associates to develop a strong store division
- Train, coach, and develop all store managers within the region
- Remain current on each store’s performance as it pertains to each division within the company
- Enhancing profitability of the stores and company as a whole
- Special events – Motorbike Shows, Stampede (set-up, operations, supervision)
- Store staff planning and scheduling
- Store moves – relocations and renovations
- Marketing – create in store marketing initiatives to help drive customer engagement and sales
- Based in Calgary with periodic travel to BC and Saskatchewan
