You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with modern trade outlets, and leading a team of Sales Representatives. This role is key to executing our commercial strategy and expanding our footprint in the region. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in LMT (Local Modern Trade). Build and maintain strong relationships with store partners and LMT customers. Analyze market trends, including competitor activities, and identify sales opportunities within LMT channels. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Ensure product availability and visibility in stores according to the planogram. Who We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in managing Local Modern Trade accounts (e.g., minimarkets, local retail chains).
